They're all Jerry songs, so probably just songs he wanted to practice or focus on for some reason. Someone in the Facebook comments suggests that it might be from the 1978 NYE run, I suppose because of the Shakedown St material and Dark Star.

That wouldn't explain why Help on the Way is on the list, however -- which wasn't played between Fall '77 and Spring '83. Also, Crazy Fingers also wasn't played live at all between Fall '76 and Summer '82. Baby Blue was also on hiatus between '74 and '81. So there are a lot of problems with that theory.

The really curious selection on that list is World to Give, which was only played three times live -- all in Summer-Fall '78 -- last one was 11/20/78.

My guess is that it's actually a Furthur setlist.

I wonder if it's a list of songs Jerry was considering for 2/17/79 - Keith & Donna's last show.
I think they knew in advance it would be their last, so it has an unusual setlist with several rare (at the time) songs revived.
The Wheel, High Time, Big Railroad Blues & Might As Well were all played at that show - all of those had not, or barely, been played for the entire previous year. Comes a Time was also played just once that month (on 2/9/79).

After a google image search for "Jerry Garcia Handwriting," this looks presumably legit. And I like your theory, LiA. Maybe this was a list of songs Jerry was considering for rehearsal either for that gig, or with Brent? Fits that transitional era to a T.
